What is a graded appliance?
A graded appliance is unused with cosmetic marks or an inspected and tested 28-day return. Check the individual photographs and description for its exact condition. Our graded appliances include a six-month warranty.
What is a refurbished appliance?
A refurbished appliance has been previously used, and we normally cannot verify how heavily or for how long. It is fully checked, cleaned and tested before sale. Because it has prior use, its remaining working life may be shorter than a graded appliance, although no exact lifespan can be predicted. Our refurbished appliances include a four-month warranty.

How quickly can you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery within a five-mile radius of Leicester is £14.99–£19.99. Delivery outside that radius is £19.99–£24.99, depending on distance, time and whether you choose same-day or next-day delivery. Same-day orders must be placed before 12 noon and are subject to availability. Orders after 12 noon normally become next-day delivery unless we can fit them in, which cannot be guaranteed.
What delivery times are available?
Delivery slots may be available from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday, subject to route and area. We will always try to accommodate your preferred time. Weekend prices and availability can vary.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is after delivery and any agreed installation, once you have inspected the appliance. Electric cookers are delivery only, so payment is after delivery and inspection. Payment options include cash, card or bank transfer. Available methods are confirmed when you order.
Are appliances checked and cleaned?
Yes. Appliances are fully checked and cleaned before delivery. Refurbished washing machines receive a steam clean and drum clean, plus a final short-cycle test shortly before dispatch.
What warranty is included?
Refurbished washing machines include a standard four-month warranty and graded machines include a six-month warranty. Your applicable warranty details are supplied with your invoice.
What space and connections do I need?
A standard appliance space is usually about 59.5cm wide and up to 85cm high, although depth varies. Washing-machine installation requires a working cold-water connection, suitable waste connection and plug socket. Send photographs by WhatsApp if you would like us to check your setup.
